When I perform searches through the web service, sometimes the process becomes unresponsive and I need to restart the server.
I’ve noticed this happens when the search isn’t immediate and takes a few seconds to return results. It’s at this point that the website doesn’t refresh and the service stops working.
However, if the same search is performed locally, there’s no problem.

Is there an option to configure this? Any ideas what the problem might be?
