I’m really confused about excluding folders

In the root of my F: drive I have several folders. I want to exclude a few of them (and their subdirectories) from being indexed.

I am finding a way to exclude only one of those. I can’t figure out how to exclude more that one. If I exclude one, and then another — then the box shows only the second one.

Can you please explain how I can do what I need to do?
