Program crashes when right clicking any result

I have installed the latest version of Anytext Searcher on a Windows 10 22H2 workstation, and there is a major issue I am experiencing. Whenever I do any search I see the results listed quickly. However, when I try to right click any of the search results so I can get some menu context options, the program just locks up and crashes.

I have tried repeatedly to relaunch the program as well as reinstalling it, but nothing has helped.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?
