taking lotsa disk space

Windows 7 v 1.3.2034 Works great but takes a LOT of disk space..>16G for .asi and .ati files

any way to reduce the load? can the indices be safely removed and start over? Will that help?

You can perform index rebuilding by following these steps：

After rebuilding the index, you can also set the search scope in the search type to exclude directories that do not need to be searched, which can free up some disk space.
