It has been more than a whole day now on the same “The Full Text Search Engine is starting, please wait a moment. Attempting to search anyway says the initial start may take dozens of seconds. How many dozens? More than a day now seems to be far beyond what it should be taking. It is stuck at 7% where it has been since about 2 minutes after I installed it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and there is no change.
