Add external hard drive

How to search an external drive. I have an external drive that holds additional business files I choose to store elsewhere. The hard drive on my laptop is SSD and 2 TB, so I have plenty of room. But I offload business docs older than 4 years to an external drive. Is there a way to add that drive contents to the app search, including indexing.

Thanks for the feedback. I have been looking for an app like this. So pleased to have discovered the software.

1. Plug in the external hard drive on PC, you will see its drive letter, such as: F: or G: etc.
2. Open AnyTXT. Tool->Index Manager->Update Now.
3. Wait until the upper right corner is green √, you can search the content then. But please keep external hard drive online.
