AnyTxt using PF86\Common Files\FLT6.0

Hi,

Is the map:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\FLT6.0\CMap
part of AnyTxt?
A lot of files in above map have the same name as in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\AnyTXT Searcher\resources
Can i delete the first map, without problems towards AnyTxt?
If not so: Why these two different maps inside Program Files (x86)
