    My C: drive is almost full! I ran TreeSize to see where the bloat is and I see that AnyTXT has more than one .ati file in data, I’ve got a C,D,E,F,G,H,I and K, totaling 13 GB.

    Should I have this many?

    Hello,Phil.

    Yes, there are too many documents on your PC, so the index file is larger.

    The solution is to exclude unnecessary file types and then re-index, to exclude unnecessary files please as follow: Options->Index Manager->Index Rules->Edit

    thank you for the detailed instructions.

    I am also now copying over the folder Anytxt/data to a fresh external USB TB drive, and will point AntTXT there, to save space on C: drive.

    Hello,Phil.

    Yes, you can do it by that way.

    But, Anytxt can also config the index path, so that you needn’t have to copy index files manually.
