Customizable/Configurable Theme via Upload

Hi,

Currently we have themes – Dark, Light

Is it possible to provide an upload option (upload zip file which contains the necessary theme changes like .css/.javascript or any file) so that we can create the theme and apply for us based on our choice.

Basically want to customize/configure theme via upload of selected files or zip file which contains the required theme file
