Do you mean that process ATService.exe will disable the system waketimer?

That service wakes my win 10 from hibernate\sleep

tested
powercfg -lastwake
powercfg -waketimers

Now I have to disable all waketimers on the pc

Hello, I tested it on Windows 10 and it doesn’t seem to disrupt the waketimer. I am trying to reproduce this issue.

The same issue happened to me. Event viewer recorded that the ATservice.exe wakes up my computer a few minutes after the system sleep/hibernation.
