Full reindexing forced on reboot of Windows

Unless I stop the indexer before shutting windows down, anytxt forces a full reindexing when I next start Windows. Since I have many files, this takes a very long time and make the tool unusable for the first hour or so of my workday (if I forgot to stop the indexer before stopping Windows).

Can you please offer an option to keep the index over a restart?
