I have a folder with about 500 GB of PDF files, they are never completely indexed it quits at about 25%. Update or Update now does not seem to help, and re-index causes it to start over. Is there something I should be doing for it to completely index the folder? Thank you!
The issue that you are running into is probably with the way the PDFs were saved. You may need to run Optical Character Recognition on the files first to create searchable text to be indexed from the scanned images.

I was using 1.2.66 but have updated to 1.2.850. The database is now about 850gb and growing, and it still does not index more than 25% at a time. And never index’s more than 60%total. I saw in another post that you mention a large database version, is that what I should be using? I live in an area with poor or no internet, so your program is used to access stored data. It is the best program we have found, I hope there is an option for our large PDF database.

问题是 :
不管怎样设置 索引 或者更新索引 或者 指定目录 V: 等等
都不能索引V:
搜索时 在 V:上面结果统统的不出来

pc上有许多个硬盘分区 e: f:g: … … U:V:
其中 V:盘 是最后一个
这些都是 固定disk 分区 ntfs ,
它们不是可移动盘
