    Dear Admin,

I moved indexed database from C:\  to another drive, after that, it till running indexing.

Because of / Due to , C:\  full, (due to huge indexed data of Anytxt) need to move/migrate  indexed database from C:\  to some other drive ,

At past, before move,  it is in  SSD C:\prog~\AnyTxt~ & indexing  completed very fast (about 4gb folder-very fast indexed & completed (so green tick mark on right side) But, after move indexed database location from C\: to HDD E:\, it still running.

& not completed since its moved  (about week ago, till running indexing that 4 GB folder).

Also Please note that , C: drive is SSD & E:\ is HDD, is that affect on indexing that is still running?

please advice , indexed location must be in C:\ from where AnyTxt is installed? or we can Move/Migrate /Shift Indexed database to another location? is that factor affect on   indexing or not?

    location

    Please Proper guide.

    Regards,

    Chirag Raval

Hello, the index location does not have to be installed in C:\

You can choose the directory you want to install or migrate to another directory,

please exit Anytxt completely first, then open Anytxt, click Menu Option ->Index Manager -> Index store path, then select the directory you want, as shown below:
