OCR – Tessaract or any Good one

Is it possible to integrate any configurable OCR – Tessaract or Google Cloud Vision API to extract text and provide search for the images as well?

Hello,

the OCR feature is already under development. Tesseract doesn’t seem to support some Asian languages very well, we are in need of better solutions.

Hi,

The Asian languages are very well supported by Google Cloud Vision API

You can see the huge difference between tessaract and commerical Google cloud vision API

If possible, integrate cloud vision, so that people can upload the required details so that OCR will be supported
