I have a lot of files. I have been using the non-OCR version of Anytxt with good results.

1039 non-OCR version index file sizes:

    C: 74,152kb
    M: 6,571,820kb
    N: 5,375,224kb

This seems to index all non-image files

I tried the OCR version of build 1039.

1039 OCR index file sizes (after full reindex)
    c: 79,245kb
    m: 548,576kb
    n: 72kb

Most of my files were not indexed. Note the relatively tiny index file sizes.

While I am most interested in indexing PDF files containing images (I have over a thousand of those), and I do have PDF configured, I noticed that the index manager didn’t offer me the option of indexing image files such as JPG or PNG. In any case, it appears that the image PDF files were NOT indexed.

Does the OCR version have limitations that I’m running into?

    I’m on 64 bit Windows 11 and I have 32G of RAM.

    Thank you.

Hi, Tim. Does the full-text index finish?
