Read Only Credentials Or Public Sharing URL

Hi,

Is it possible to create read only credentials or guest users who can view my entire content and search however delete/edit should be disabled?

Basically collaborator access level.

I want to be the admin/owner of all my notes collection and wants to create permissions for user or give them the access via public sharing URL
