Removing extensions from index should be permanent

I only want AnyTxt to index files with .js and .css extensions and keep removing all other file formats in the “File types” dialog but they keep coming back and are indexed, even though they have been removed.

Also, there should be an option to “include sub-directories” An of now, if I only want to index a few project folders, each with 20+ sub-folders, I have to manually select each folder I want to include instead of just the parent folder and then “include sub-directories”.
