    Hi , The tool works well for local drives but does not give me an option to include network folders for indexing (Ex: S: or P: ). Is this supported currently ? I am trying to search for a document stored in a common drive on a server.

    Hi, please synchronize the index data from “Tools” -> “Index Manager” -> “Update Now” after mapping the network drive.

    Dear, after mapping the network drive and index data from “Tools” -> “Index Manager” -> “Update Now” the software still does not search network files . version 1.2.394. how to solve this problem ?

    Hi, Sasa.

    We found a issue with network mapping disk in version 1.2.394.
    Is UAC enabled in your system?

    Dear, yes UAC is enable.

    Please disable UAC and try again.
    We have found a issue on network device when UAC is enable.
