    Is the special character restriction (‘*’, ‘,’,”’,'”‘, ‘/’) really necessary? Google desktop didn’t have most of those restrictions. I all too often am unable to search successfully because of them. Is this a globalization issue? I am concerned about searching in English. Thank you.
