My e-disk is a 4T SSD (KST 3000, with a read-write speed of 5000mb/s). The corresponding retrieval database e.db already has 32g (currently still in the process of creating an index). It takes a long time to use anytxt to accurately search keywords on the e-disk. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes to half an hour or more, even if the service is shut down.

Does this have something to do with the size of the database? Can it be optimized?

Disk E has used 1t and has nearly 2million documents

Question 2:Can the current index creation progress be displayed as a percentage?

After the computer was turned on for 3 days, the scroll bar in the upper right corner scrolled for 3 days. I don’t know when the index can be created?

Same problem here. I second the idea of Mr. Han.
Please make the indexing process traceable and transparent for the end-user.

Thank you very much for continuously developing and evolving AnyTXT Searcher.
It is really a useful tool for me.
