AnyTXT does not index new documents

ok… so i ran AnyTXT for the first time and it indexed all my hard drives. It took a long while but the index was now complete.

Two days ago i added 30 new documents to my hard disk in various folders.

AnyTXT still has not indexed them and even when i force it with Index Manager “update now” it does not seem to index those 30 new documents.

What can be wrong?

Hello, please check if service ‘ATService’ is running . Sometimes, it will be disabled by some OS optimization tools .

I checked Anytxt searcher indexer and it is automatic and started. So this ok?

please help me no matter what i try i cannot get AnyTXT to index new added documents.

I tried stop and restart ATservice both from services.msc and Anytxt app. It did not work.

I tried index update now. it also did not work.

I try giving AnyTXT admin rights. It did not work.

What can be wrong. Why will it not index new added documents?

Where are the new documents located in? Local disk or network drive?
