Missing files and Removing mapped drives

I formerly had a mapped drive indexed and even though it is gone results keep showing up.  There are also folders that should be indexed that are not.  Is there a way to completely purge the local index and recreate it?  I tried uninstalling the program, and upon reinstallation everything was there as if I had never uninstalled anything.

Try going here from the menu: Tool > Index Manager > Index Store Path

Then delete the data.

Hi, we have fix this issue in 1.2.394.
Please do as John Yoepp first, then Tool > Index Manager > Update Now to rebuild the full text index database, and then it will word fine.
