Hello, friend.
We will release a portable guide in next version. In fact, Anytxt is portable, just pack the installation directory(without .db files), and paste it to a new PC, then run ATGUI.exe. That’s all. Anytxt will work fine on new PC.

Anytxt is committed to be a leading free desktop full-text search tool.
The first, Anytxt has supported LibreOffice and OpenOffice and all ODF file formats, but you need to add a LibreOffice document with Tools -> Index Manager -> File Types, then you can search it.
Second, ‘without running the installer every time’, we are optimizing it, you will meet this feature in next version.

Hi, we have fix this issue in 1.2.394.
Please do as John Yoepp first, then Tool > Index Manager > Update Now to rebuild the full text index database, and then it will word fine.
